coffee reverence.

January 25, 2011 § Leave a comment

today, while enjoying my morning coffee, i came across this lovely (not to mention beautifully executed) piece from the new york times “lens” blog: http://lens.blogs.nytimes.com/2011/01/17/new-york-city-coffeehouses/

not only did it exacerbate my longing for new york, but it also made me miss the coffee houses (and the people who run them!) i adore back home.
i feel extremely fortunate to have had the opportunity to be surrounded by a team of people so passionate about something i think many people in the world seriously take for granted: a good cup of coffee.

the more you learn, the more you appreciate. trust me. :)
